Luxaflex Netherlands is a distributor and manufacturer of custom-made window coverings and sun protection for the mid and high-end segment. The A-brand serves the Dutch market from Hardinxveld-Giessendam.
Because the parent company is based in Rotterdam and a substantial part of research & development also takes place there, new developments are regularly tested on the Dutch market from nearby Hardinxveld-Giessendam. As a result, Luxaflex Nederland has an innovative reputation.
‘Contemporary, clear twist on a classic look!’
The official job title of Arjan van Alfen is ‘Dealer Trainer’. This means he handles communication with third parties – dealers, installers, and schools. He is also the one who maintains close contact with MM, especially when it comes to designing and producing the annual price book. “We drive past the ‘MM Lab’ every day: when we were looking for a partner to design and produce the price book, it was a logical option to approach MM.”
“We were looking for help to update, optimize, and modernize the price book,” Arjan continues. “MM turned out to be a very suitable partner for this! And one thing led to another: we also use MM’s services for brochures and (online) campaigns. MM is always ready to assist us, and we can switch quickly with each other. By now, MM handles many of our interests. For example, restyling a template, but also designing the stickers for a van. Based on Luxaflex’s international corporate identity guidelines, they create an optimal design!”
