Property developer Gebroeders Blokland is one of the major builders in Hardinxveld. 'In de Buurt' is the name of a new construction project in Broekgraaf, a part of Leerdam where a lot of new development has been taking place for several years.
Our work
MM was responsible for developing the project name and designing the project style, brochure, website, and advertisements.

Rich appearance and plenty of living comfort
The Broekgraaf district is the new neighborhood in Leerdam, offering many amenities. The new development project 'In de Buurt' boasts a rich appearance thanks to its beautiful stepped gables, French balconies, and bay windows. The well-thought-out layout and spacious gardens provide plenty of living comfort for both first-time buyers and those moving up the property ladder.
The style has both a trendy and down-to-earth character.

City living with a village character
From the very beginning of this construction project, we have been strategically involved with project developer Blokland. The project identity needed to emphasize the village character and appeal to both the down-to-earth residents of Leerdam and the 'trendy', urban home seekers from Utrecht and Nieuwegein.
These requirements have been successfully brought together and are conveyed through the name, project style, brochure, website, and advertisements. 'In de Buurt' combines urban living—with all amenities close by and other cities within driving distance—with a village character and the associated sense of community.
The website had to be informative and include a housing module and registration option.
