'Ons Dorp' is the name of a new residential area in Hardinxveld. Gebroeders Blokland, one of the major builders in Hardinxveld, was the project developer.
MM came up with the project name, designed the logo, the corporate identity, the website and the construction sign, created the artist's impression, and developed and launched the campaign.
The project name needed to reflect the village-like sense of togetherness, be usable in different phases, and align with the architect’s vision. ‘Ons Dorp’ expresses a sense of pride and connection among the residents, while at the same time embodying the architect’s vision. Additionally, this name could be used throughout the entire process.
MM created and executed a complete real estate marketing package. We researched how to best approach the target audience and came up with a project name that appeals to them and meets the requirements. We then designed the logo, corporate identity, website, and construction sign, created the artist’s impression, and developed and launched the campaign.

Sales phases 1 and 2 have been successfully completed. In January 2024, the last homes of phase 1 were delivered.
