Jacobs Holding BV is setting the new standard for relaxed and luxurious living on the river Noord. The building "de Residentie" will feature 8 newly built apartments with a parking garage and terraces.
MM provided this project with a visual identity. After the logo and the style, an extensive brochure was created. To draw attention to the project, advertisements, social media campaigns, and mailings were designed.
A magnificent location by the water with commercial and recreational shipping, offering views of the nineteen windmills of Kinderdijk. What makes this project special are the luxurious, spacious apartments and penthouses.
The new style for this project is based on the high-end and industrial character of the Residence. In the logo, we give a nod to the watery surroundings and the view of the windmills. We gave the brochure a luxurious feel by using a gold ring binder. In addition, the brochure features a fully custom cover for inserting various documents.

With attention to the target audience, the character of the apartments, and the region, campaigns were launched in the form of emailings and social advertisements.
