The development began with creating an appropriate project name and designing a logo and visual identity that further emphasize the exclusivity and identity of the project.
The luxurious identity of The River Estates comes to life in all communication materials. The powerful on- and offline advertising campaign for social media, online ads, and trade magazines was specifically targeted at audiences with an affinity for riverside living. You can also see it in the interactive website featuring a plot selector, plot passports, and animation. This way, interested parties can virtually experience their dream plot.
Extra attention was required for the printing. The brochure is printed on thick FSC-certified paper and finished completely flat, allowing the images to be displayed at their best. The cover is made of sustainable leather-look material and packaged in a luxurious wooden box, a subtle reference to the sustainable character of the project.
The plot passports and additional documentation have been developed in the same high-quality style.

During the sales event, all resources came together in one recognizable project experience. Animations on large screens brought the design to life, and the plot presentations on easels gave visitors immediate insight into the location and layout of the area. The various communication tools together created a consistent and high-quality appearance that perfectly matched The River Estates.
