For the new development project Morning! in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, we handled the entire communicative and visual campaign. The focus was on first-time buyers: “The start of your future!” We achieved this with short, powerful visuals in sunrise tones.
We developed a fresh logo and a visual identity that reflect the optimistic character of the project: young starters at the beginning of their future. The rounded shapes and sunny color tones refer both to the location at the roundabout and to the name Morning!: a new beginning.

We got to work on a website, project brochure, price list, banners, and various advertisements. In the online campaign – social media and ads – we specifically targeted the audience: first-time buyers and young families. With the slogan ‘The start of your future!’ and striking sunrise-style visuals, we directly appealed to this group.
We developed all communication tools, from the initial sketch to the go-live, in close collaboration with Stemar. Their core values align well with ours, which contributes to the result. A striking, modern, and goal-oriented presentation of this small-scale yet complete residential project. And with success: all homes have been sold and the website is offline!
