From accelerating to deepening in 2026

We have now gotten used to writing 2026 instead of 2025 and have found the flow of the new year. Time to take stock. Our account managers look back at the key developments of last year and set the course for 2026. What will we be focusing on, what is on the agenda, and what can you expect from us?

Joining Eager Group

Looking back on 2025, our joining the Eager Group was without a doubt the biggest change. A collaboration full of opportunities, and we really noticed that. This step has given us access to more specialists, knowledge, and expertise. Moreover, we are now working on great developments across the group, especially in the field of AI. More on that later.

Sharing knowledge

A nice benefit of our new ‘colleagues’ within the group is that we have more space to share knowledge. For example, last year we organized knowledge sessions on Recruitment Marketing and GEO, and we brought in SEO specialist Ralf van Veen to strengthen various web projects. That worked out well. That’s why we will continue this in 2026, with new sessions on topics such as building a real estate brand, social content, and more! Practical, substantive, and directly applicable.

AI as a permanent part of our work

AI, which we just mentioned, has certainly been an indispensable part of 2025 as well. We have experimented a lot—and still do—because developments are happening at lightning speed. Still, 2025 was mainly the year in which AI became a daily part of our work. Always used functionally and purposefully, and always with a human eye for control.

AI supports us, for example, in content creation and process automation. Together with AI agency What’s Next, also part of the Eager Group, we are working on smart automations that make marketing more effective and efficient.

Employer branding more important than ever

The gap in the labor market was also a driving force behind our marketing work in 2025. More and more organizations are realizing that a single job ad in the local newspaper is not going to fill the gap. That’s why we put a lot of energy into building strong employer brands and thoughtful recruitment marketing strategies. Being visible, remaining recognizable, and telling the real story—that’s where the difference lies. And we will continue to put a lot of energy into that in 2026!

Building a Strong Real Estate Brand

For many years, project developers and real estate agents have been an important part of our client base—and 2025 was no different. Once again, we had the opportunity to shape numerous real estate projects: from starter homes to utility buildings and large-scale area developments. 

Within real estate, we are increasingly using AI to bring projects to life. Think of translating a single drawing into a vibrant artist’s impression, or turning a static image into a dynamic video.

In addition to these applications, we are working on even more exciting developments in the real estate sector. For example, we are developing a tool to help sell properties faster and more effectively. In 2026, we will also take the next step in professionalizing our real estate marketing, so stay tuned!  

Looking Ahead to 2026

As you can see, we’re not standing still (which is quite difficult for creatives 😉). By continuing to develop, deepen our expertise, and use technology more intelligently, we keep making progress in effectiveness and efficiency. With one goal always in sharp focus: communication that truly works.
