How cool is it to see your own designs come to life! Together, we have created many beautiful communication tools again in 2023. And all of that in our first full year from our new lab in Sliedrecht.

Creative Work Environment
In recent months, we have devoted a lot of attention to our lab. It was already fantastic, but since we work with designs and color every day, our lab couldn’t be left behind. The white walls are now filled with creative designs and striking colors. You can also clearly see our identity reflected in the decor. We feel completely at home!
Investing in Team Development
In addition to our work environment, the team has also undergone significant development. In 2023, we invested heavily in our MM’ers, both physically and mentally. For example, with the ‘lab hours’. These hours are dedicated to self-development, inspiring each other, and staying up to date with the latest developments. We also have a joint sports class scheduled every two weeks. This combination of getting fit, team building, and having fun is paying off.
Various Changes
2023 was also a year of internal changes. It was a good time to reflect on our current processes and ask ourselves, ‘How can we work even more efficiently?’ The goal: better results, supported by creativity and data. For example, we attended a ‘working smarter’ workshop as a team and started automating various processes. In addition, several employees have taken courses and we have implemented new tools in our workflow. We will continue to focus on this in 2024. This has already led to better structure and organization, leaving more time for the work that energizes us.
Breaking the Traditional Approach
The real estate market changed last year, making marketing for new construction projects even more important. We have taken on this challenge with various new technologies. As a result, we will soon introduce ‘Real Estate 360’! With this, we are breaking the traditional approach to real estate marketing.


Striving for Consistent Visibility
Another department that has grown significantly in 2023 is our social media content. More and more companies are realizing that an online presence is essential. Not only to promote their products or services, but especially to tell who they are and what they stand for. With results! Over the past year, several clients have hired new employees through social media. With our content strategy, we strive for consistent visibility with a good mix of topics. In 2023, this has once again delivered great results!
Professionalizing Automation and AI
Marketing and lead automation are not new to us, but last year we made significant strides in professionalizing these areas. With lead automation, we provide various clients with weekly insights into, and follow-up on, business website visitors. In 2024, we will continue our exploration of Artificial Intelligence. Several workshops are already scheduled. Clients can expect us to respond to current developments. We filter what is relevant and use it to support our services.
Combining Online and Offline
In addition to modern online tools, we also value traditional media. In our view, they complement each other. Over the past year, the combination of online and offline has proven to be very effective multiple times! Just look at this campaign for Van Hoften Installatietechniek. MM in a New Look!
2024 promises to be a year in which we continue to push our boundaries and develop ourselves. Internally, we continue to invest in the development of our team and our processes. Externally, we see new opportunities, such as real estate 360, our complete range of services, and various AI possibilities. In addition to these developments, we will also launch a completely new website and refreshed corporate identity within a few months. MM is getting a new look for the new year!
