More than fifteen years ago, Jan van Wijgerden approached us to renew the website and refresh Tredion’s corporate identity. Since then, we have been closely connected through intensive collaboration!
Tredion is a versatile ICT service provider from Gorinchem that focuses on automation, telecom, security, and the modern workplace for regional entrepreneurs. In addition, the focus is on creating a future-proof business. Artificial Intelligence - AI - is playing an increasingly important role in automation.
Acquiring customers
Jan: “The foundation of our work is that customers outsource their ICT to us. We value existing relationships highly, but we also focus on acquiring new customers. MM plays an important role in this!”
Lead time and continuity
For the renewal of his website, Jan was looking for a professional organization that could guarantee lead time and continuity. “In addition, I find it important to work with a local party. Because I knew Martijn Muller personally, my choice was quickly made. We first tackled the website and corporate identity.”
Thinking along is added value
After that, strategic sessions followed as well. Jan: “From those, we mainly received confirmation about our identity. For us, it was a way to check whether we really do what we say. In my view, that is the direct added value of MM: thinking along, instead of ‘just’ creating communication products!” The collaboration quickly expanded further. From advertisements, events, and goodies, to successfully generating leads.

Outsourcing marketing and communication
“MM does for us what we do for our clients,” says Jan. “With their expertise, they take work off our hands. We outsource a large part of our marketing and communication to them. They safeguard our corporate identity and provide us with valuable insights about our website visitors, which is currently an important endpoint. And everything in between!”
Continuous innovation
According to Jan, MM’s strength lies in a shared characteristic. “We are both constantly innovating. They stay on top of the latest developments in their field and involve us in the process. In that respect, we’re both aiming for the Next Level!” he laughs. As an example, he mentions the AI workshop in our lab, which Jan and employees from Tredion attended.
Strengthening the partnership
Due to the close relationship, Jan sees himself more as a partner than a client. “We’re always looking for ways to do things differently and better. I feel compelled to challenge them by being constructively critical. That makes us stronger and strengthens the partnership. They continue to innovate and explore the market. We benefit from that!”
