The Dutch Care Mediator (DNZB) brings together supply and demand in the healthcare sector. They have a growing portfolio of healthcare institutions where self-employed healthcare professionals can start working immediately. DNZB also supports self-employed professionals in finding the right assignment and in their independent entrepreneurship. In their quest to increase their visibility, they came into contact with MM.

Distinctive through personal contact

DNZB attaches great importance to personal contact and, with various locations throughout the country, they respond to local needs. In addition to mediation, DNZB also offers other services. With their own developed online platform, they unburden self-employed professionals with, for example, their administration and invoicing. DNZB is committed to continuity, quality, and affordability for both healthcare institutions and self-employed professionals. In this way, they make a valuable contribution to the healthcare sector!

Professional appearance

Robin Wessels is the senior manager of the HR and marketing department within DNZB and explains why they approached MM. “As an organization, we have grown tremendously in a relatively short period of time. This created the need to professionalize both internally and externally. The old website mainly appealed to self-employed professionals, while we actually have three ‘clients’: self-employed professionals, healthcare institutions, and our own staff (DNZB’ers). This was therefore our wish: a new website with a professional appearance that appeals to all three target groups. Step 1 to achieve this was upgrading the corporate identity, especially with a recognizable logo and brand mark.”

Collaboration with Two Parties

“A relationship brought me into contact with MM,” Robin continues. “They were one of the three parties we spoke to about building a new website, along with an upgrade of our corporate identity. MM immediately impressed us with their pitch: they had already created a draft of a possible new logo. That showed they really understood what we meant!” Robin: “Because Digital Impact also made an impression with their pitch for building the new website, we entered into a three-way collaboration. MM designed the corporate identity and the website, and Digital Impact actually built the website.”

“The new corporate identity is central,” Robin explains. “It specifically highlights our DNA. That DNZB DNA is based on characteristics such as ‘personal’, ‘dynamic’, ‘service-oriented’, and ‘innovative’. MM managed to make this very recognizable by bringing back elements from the old logo. We are especially proud of the symbol in the new logo, in which plusses together form the map of the Netherlands. The different sizes add extra dynamism and emphasize our accessibility and flexibility. They also represent the collaboration between healthcare institutions, independent healthcare professionals, and DNZB members who are active throughout the country. Finally, care is often symbolized by a plus or a cross.”

Experience

“Our experience with MM has been very pleasant,” Robin concludes. “They are personal, quick, and easily accessible. Working together to find a solution and communicating clearly. They have taken a lot off our hands. Even in urgent cases, we can rely on MM: they understand the urgency! As a result of our initial request, many follow-up assignments have come about: banners, email signatures, business cards, and the design of various cards. I feel that we really built a relationship during the process. We speak the same language and also find it important that a supplier fits with us!”
