Create Comfort is a young and growing company specializing in climate systems and installations, and they were looking for the right image and communication to match. MM supported Create Comfort throughout this process, and with success. Not only has the new website been launched, but all communication tools and social media content now reflect the DNA of Create Comfort: young, personal, and knowledgeable.
This approach is now bearing fruit and has already resulted in two new employees who responded to job openings on their own initiative! Daniel Vermeij is the director of Create Comfort and talks about the process and the collaboration.
Use your DNA
The term DNA is an important element for MM when developing a communication strategy. 'What is the DNA of Create Comfort?' Daniel explains: “During the strategic sessions, we had conversations about all kinds of topics and really went in-depth, but because of the setup, everything went very naturally and smoothly. These sessions gave us a clear picture of our DNA. How do we want to present ourselves and what opportunities can we seize? In the end, all communication tools were aligned with this.”
Professionalization
There is a lot involved in starting a new company. Daniel: “At the time, we were already very happy that someone could create a website and logo that allowed us to move forward. As Create Comfort grew and everything was running smoothly, we noticed that our image no longer matched the quality and expertise we have. My colleague Tim de Rover, who was also present at the meetings, already knew Martijn Muller from MM from a previous encounter and had a good feeling about it. In addition to that good connection, MM has broad expertise in-house, while other companies still had to outsource tasks. We were able to tackle all components integrally, and communication with MM itself is also fast and pleasant.”

More Response
The website is now well-established, and articles and social media posts that fit Create Comfort are published on a regular basis. The job descriptions have also been rewritten in a consistent communication style. This transformation has been successful, as Create Comfort is noticeably more visible to both clients and job applicants. Daniel explains: “It has never happened before that applicants approach us on their own! Technical staff are hard to find, and now, in just a few months, we have already been able to hire two new colleagues this way! Applicants are finding our vacancies more easily on Google, and they get a good impression of Create Comfort when they visit our website.” The difference is not only noticeable in filling vacancies, but the response from existing clients is also much higher than before. “Recently, we started offering maintenance contracts. Within two days, we had already received 150 requests! That never happened before!” Daniel notes.
Good Match
According to Daniel, MM and Create Comfort are a great fit: “Our approach is personal. For example, we visit clients in advance to make sure that a climate installation solution is actually possible and the best fit for that specific space. Not every company does this. MM also visited us personally to explain their approach and story, and their starting point was precisely what works best for Create Comfort. Both companies focus on long-term relationships. We hope to continue growing steadily in the future and are confident that MM can continue to support us in this.”
